Your rights under FACTA
CREDITWRENCH CEO Billie Bauer admitted on July 8th, 2006 that he didn't know that.
This right is granted under The Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act (FACTA), a Federal Law which became effective in December 2003.
CREDITWRENCH CEO Billie Bauer admitted on July 8th, 2006 that he didn't know that.
CREDITWRENCH CEO Billie Bauer, in an attempt to cover-up his ignorance of consumer credit law, said it wasn't important. Not important?
Reviewing your credit report for inaccuracies is extremely important. Your credit history determines the rate you will pay for interest on loans, credit cards, mortgage. It can be used to determine the rates you will pay for car insurance, life insurance, etc., etc.. Errors on your credit report can literally cost you hundreds, perhaps even thousands of dollars per year.
It can even affect employment eligibility. Errors on your credit report could cost you that next job you wanted.
CREDITWRENCH CEO Billie Bauer purports to be some kind of credit expert. Obviously that's false and misleading when he himself admitted he is completely unaware of consumer credit laws.

What is FACTA?
Among it's provisions are:
- Gives consumers a right to receive free credit reports
- Allows for disputes directly with data furnishers
- Provides guidelines for the destruction of data, including emails, that contain personal information.
This Federal Law affects every single business that operates in the U.S. CREDITWRENCH as a business is subject to its provisions. (Though operating outside of the law is nothing new for CREDITWRENCH CEO Billie Bauer.)
All business must follow FACTA guidelines when disposing of consumer information. Those businesses that don't are subject to substantial fines, as well as civil remedies.
CREDITWRENCH CEO Billie Bauer recently admitted he doesn't know anything about FACTA, in fact he further admitted he didn't know it was a law.
This fact poses the question of how he handles information about his "students", how he stores such information, and how he disposes of it. He cannot possibly be handling such information in accordance with Federal Law if he doesn't know the law exists.
Before you consider becoming a CREDITWRENCH student, consider what might become of your personal information that you provide to CREDITWRENCH, such as your phone number, address, creditors, ets.
Much more later on the implications of CREDITWRENCH CEO Billie Bauer being unaware of laws with which his business must comply.

Creditwrench is not exactly on the cutting edge
Has CREDITWRENCH CEO Billie Bauer provided this very important proposed rule change on any of his "thousands of blogs"?
Of course not. He's too busy posting pictures of his mates (goats), and worrying about my blog's position in google.
However, I have provided these rule changes proposed by NACA here, and on numerous consumer forums, as always, free of charge. They aren't available on the Creditwrench message board at all. No surprise there. Though you can sign up for internet TV so Billie Bauer can collect a whopping $14.00 commission.
Creditwrench students haven't received a copy of the proposed rule changes. Except the former students who regularly email me. They got it for free.

This blog is now #3 on a google search for CREDITWRENCH
Quite contradictory in itself don't you think?
Yesterday, CREDITWRENCH CEO Billie Bauer was up early to do his own daily google search on the term creditwrench, and suddenly began posting in everyplace he could imagine that this blog was dropped from google. "Nowhere could he find this blog on google" he exclaimed.
However, the reality hit shortly after all of his usual false and misleading posts. Much to his chagrin, google was merely in its shaking out phase of positioning websites, and lo and behold, this blog moved from #4 to #3 on google for the search term creditwrench.
Suddenly CREDITWRENCH CEO Billie Bauer became very quite and subdued. Kind of like he'd been hit over the head with a hammer.
This blog, that a year ago he claimed would not even show up in search engines, that would go absolutely nowhere, suddenly is #3 on the #1 search engine in the world for the term creditwrench.
Hell, his flagship creditwrench site doesn't do any better than page 5.
Just an FYI Billie Bauer Beaver Power, I'm not going away. Deal with it.

CREDITWRENCH confirms he provides false and misleading information
And, also as expected, when cornered like the coward that he is when it comes to defending his scam, he tried to create a smoke screen.
Further evidence CREDITWRENCH CEO Billie Bauer provides advice which is both false and misleading.
