Your rights under FACTA

Every adult consumer in the US is entitled to receive a copy of their credit report for free.....every year.

CREDITWRENCH CEO Billie Bauer admitted on July 8th, 2006 that he didn't know that.

This right is granted under The Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act (FACTA), a Federal Law which became effective in December 2003.

CREDITWRENCH CEO Billie Bauer admitted on July 8th, 2006 that he didn't know that.

CREDITWRENCH CEO Billie Bauer, in an attempt to cover-up his ignorance of consumer credit law, said it wasn't important. Not important?

Reviewing your credit report for inaccuracies is extremely important. Your credit history determines the rate you will pay for interest on loans, credit cards, mortgage. It can be used to determine the rates you will pay for car insurance, life insurance, etc., etc.. Errors on your credit report can literally cost you hundreds, perhaps even thousands of dollars per year.

It can even affect employment eligibility. Errors on your credit report could cost you that next job you wanted.

CREDITWRENCH CEO Billie Bauer purports to be some kind of credit expert. Obviously that's false and misleading when he himself admitted he is completely unaware of consumer credit laws.
