Creditwrench claims I post misleading information about him

Let's put it to the test. I believe the following information provided by CREDITWRENCH CEO Billie Bauer is false, misleading, and wrong as a matter of law:

A Creditwrench poster posed the following question to CREDITWRENCH CEO Billie Bauer:

Dear Creditwrench, I have tried to find the SOL for Ohio and all I can find is some websites that say written 15, oral 6....a website that said it was 4 on open accounts, how can I be 100% sure what the SOL is in Ohio? and is a hospital bill considered an open account or one of the others?

CREDITWRENCH CEO Billie Bauer responded:

In your specific situation I would imagine that the SOL would be 4 years

Ok Billie, prove me wrong. Prove the answer you provided is not false, misleading, and wrong as a matter of law.

Creditwrench press credentials

CREDITWRENCH CEO Billie Bauer claims to carry "press credentials". However, in recent posts, he has shown his ignorance of what press credentials involve.

Press credentials evolve, they don't simply apply. To gain access to an event or happening as a member of the press you have to be pre-approved by either the controlling venue or local authorities. Common sense dictates that one can't simply enter a presidential press conference simply because they have something with their picture on it declaring they are a member of the press.

Take the Super Bowl for example. Dan Rather can't simply walk in and take a position on the sidelines even though he has press credentials that would allow him entrance to a presidential press conference. Why? Because the venue must have approved his credentials beforehand. If they haven't, the security staff on site would turn him away.

Obtaining press credentials involves various levels of, not only official clearance, but also liability insurance. Something CREDITWRENCH CEO Billie Bauer is apparently unaware of.

Access to public venues and news events, such as the Oklahoma City bombing, are controlled by local authorities. These authorities scrutinize press credentials carefully to insure that only recognized press or pre-authorized press are permitted to access otherwise off limits to the general public. CREDITWRENCH CEO Billie Bauer's contention that anyone with a homemade press badge can enter is false and misleading.

Speaking of homemade press badges, let's take a closer look at Bil-LIE Bauers.

Note it states "Okla City". Whoever hear of Okla City? Bil-LIE apparently had trouble reducing the font size in order to accomodate the word Oklahoma.

See the signature over white-out? Guess that facilitates his constant name changes he's noted for in order to bilk his creditors out of their payments.

CREDITWRENCH CEO Billie Bauers press pass could be made by any 5 year old with a computer and printer. Strike that. The 5 year olds would probably be more impressive.

Honor among thieves

Apparently even the titled moto will not deter Creditwrech CEO Billie Bauer from earning a $14.00 commission.

In a recent discussion with Creditwrench CEO Billie Bauer, he made the following comments relative to someone he believed he was exposing as a criminal.

I've been exposing criminals
I'm the one that has been warning the public about you criminals

That's like the pot calling the kettle black.

He failed to consider his attempt to defraud his landlord of the landlords due rent. A felony in OK.

There was no mention of Creditwrench CEO Billie Bauer's theft of services for failing to pay his utility bill because he figured he could worm his way out of paying it because he signed up with the last name "Beaver." Yet another felony.

What about his paypal scam asking for donations because he claimed to have lost everything he owned in a fire that neither the fire or police dept has any record of responding to. You guessed it, another felony.

Nor did he bring anyone's attention to his violation of Federal Law by claiming Creditwrench is a registered trademark when the Federal registry has never even received an application for it. Gee, that's a felony too.

Maybe you would like to send Billie Bauer $400.00 so that you too can learn, with the help of CREDITWRENCH CEO Billie Bauer, how to commit a felony.

New Features

Over the years, on various forums, I have provided links to FDCPA cases from my extensive library that are not freely available on the internet. Though many of these cases may be found at your local law library, that seems an antiquated method of aquiring them by today's need for instant access.

Starting today, I've added a new feature to this blog that will begin allowing access to my extensive library by providing links on the right. As always, this service is free of charge.

You will not find such an accomodation being provided by any website operated by CREDITWRENCH CEO Billie Bauer. Why? He prefers to charge "students" $400.00, but he then fails to provide them with any case law that supports his usually erroneous positions.

If you are searching for a particular case, and it isn't available here, or elsewhere on such sites as Pacer or the court's website, simply send a request to me and I will add it to my library; without charge. I have 24/7 access to any case, and believe you should as well.

What does Creditwrench provide you for $400

Numerous emails I receive ask what CREDITWRENCH CEO Billie Bauer can possibly supply for $400 that can't be obtained for free on the internet.

The best answer for that question would be to go to the source itself, CREDITWRENCH CEO Billie Bauer.

This recent post, wherein he was advising a consumer on what to do after being contacted by a creditor, explains what the CREDITWRENCH method involves. In fact, CREDITWRENCH CEO Billie Bauer himself admittedly employs the technique.

Sometimes it is better to just lay behind the log and wait it out

So there you have it, right from CREDITWRENCH CEO Billie Bauer himself. For $400 he will teach you how to hide.

Or, you can go to a grade school where the kids will teach you hide and seek for free.

Creditwrench unveils his upcoming con

As I pointed out earlier, CREDITWRENCH CEO Billie Bauer Beaver Power set up a website at collection-agencies-usa.com. Although he disavowed any connection to it, I gave irrefutable proof to the contrary.

Now he posts that he has contacted the owner of the site (which of course is himself), and is contemplating buying it for $10K. I've also pointed out many times, Billie Bauer Beaver Power gets forcefully evicted from rental houses for non payment of rent, can't pay his utilities, and admittedly couldn't afford $70 to stay at a Holiday Inn. The man doesn't have a pot to piss in, much less 10K.

So why does he claim he's considering paying 10K for a domain name he already paid $8.00 for?

For him it kills 2 birds with one stone.

1. It will allow him to further develop the site to incorporate into his credit repair scam without having to admit that he lied about it not being his in the first place.

2. It allows him to lay claim that he had 10K laying around with which to purchase it.

Further evidence Creditwrench CEO Billie Bauer Beaver Power is a con artist. And, not a very good one at that.

Billie Bauer Beaver Power busted again

Today, Creditwrench CEO Billie Bauer posted on debtorboards a link to his website collection-agencies-usa.

Of course, he was immediately busted by yours truly.

Nothing more than another of his false identities used to promote his illegal credit repair scam.
