Creditwrench uses illegal tactics to promote his scam

Recently, CREDITWRENCH CEO Billie Bauer admitted publicly to violating Federal Law in his efforts to promote his credit repair scam.

A direct quote from a statement by CREDITWRENCH CEO Billie Bauer on July 31st, 2006:
I play a dvd movie from Blockbuster's latest releases and beam it up on the wall of a building and it looks like a real outdoor movie going on that is free to the public.

And of course I have plenty of business cards and informational phamplets to hand out to the crowd. It draws crowds like crazy.

Gets lots of new business wherever I go and set up shop.

That's just one of the ways I get business.

It may be one of the ways he gets business, but what he is doing violates Tile 17 of the U.S. code, also know as the Federal Copyright Act.

Movies are only licensed for private viewing inside one's home, not public performances. Without having purchased public viewing rights any copyrighted movie, whether rented or purchased, cannot be shown publicly.

This applies regardless of whether an admission fee is charged or not.

Violation of the federal copyright act is punishable by fines of up to $100,000 and/or 1 year in jail.

So not only does CREDITWRENCH CEO Billie Bauer provide false and misleading information to his "students", he violates Federal Law to entice them to become "students" in the first place.
