False Identities Part II

Thinking about becoming a Creditwrench student? Think again.

Creditwrench claims his methods are unique and not available for free anywhere on the internet. His methods are unique alright, but they are available on the internet; just not where the average person would consider looking. Why? Because most consumer boards do not advocate creating a false identity in order to hide from their credit history or creditors.

However, it would appear that's exactly what Creditwrench CEO Billie Bauer has done.

Don't believe me? You can verify this yourself through publicly available information, courtesy of the Oklahoma Open Records Act.

Here is a link to a Forcible Entry and Detainer (FED) case, also known as an eviction proceeding, involving one Billie Beaver. As it would happen, the co-defendant's name is Bernarda; Billie Bauer's wife's first name.

As you will note, after testimony at trial, the defendant's true names were then used for additional process. Namely, Billie Bauer aka Billie Beaver.

Now that should give you some idea why Creditwrench CEO Billie Bauer wants to keep his methods secret. Going as far as telling his "students" not to discuss his methods with anyone else. He even has secret forums on his message board for "students" only, and refers to his "students" as followers. People like David Koresh referred to their "students" as followers also.

False identities

There is so much to post and I must start somewhere.

I believe I will start with the words of Creditwrench CEO Billie Bauer himself which can be found here:

If you have.......bad credit generally, you may be the target of a credit repair
scheme called "file segregation." In this scheme, you are promised a chance to
hide unfavorable credit information by establishing a new credit identity.

He goes on to state:

That may sound perfect except "file segregation" is illegal and you could face
fines or even a prison sentence.

Would it surprise you if you found out that Creditwrench CEO Billie Bauer himself was guilty of establishing a new credit identity?

Stay tuned for the next episode of Leave it to Beaver.

Super Bowl commercials

For any who may have missed some of them, here is a link where you can replay all of the Super Bowl commercials. Including the ones from godaddy that the network wouldn't allow.

Almost as funny as Creditwrench CEO Billie Bauer claiming to read and write 8 languages.

Creditwrench and the IRS

Here is a quote from Creditwrench CEO Billie Bauer regarding collection of income tax:
And the same goes for the IRS. I sent them packing years ago. They are
bound by the same exact FDCPA laws as any other 3rd party collector.

The IRS is not bound by the FDCPA. Courts have been consistant in holding that taxes are not a consumer debt as defined by the FDCPA.
Probably the most noted court case is IRS v. Westberry. In that case, which was upheld by the U.S. Court of Appeals, the court stated:

the tax liability at issue was not consumer debt because
it was not
incurred, but “involuntarily imposed by the
government for a public purpose”
and resulted “from earning
money rather than consumption.

Creditwrench CEO Billie Bauer stating the IRS is bound by the FDCPA is false and misleading.
